Return Shipping Costs

If you received the wrong item or your product is damaged or defective, we will cover the return shipping cost.

For all other returns, the shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility. You can choose to prepay the return label or have the cost deducted from your refund (typically a minimum of $25).
Return Time
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect your return in its original condition. Refunds will be returned to your original payment method and may take an additional 2–5 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
Exceptions
Because they're made just for you, customized or engraved items can’t be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Our warranty provides peace of mind for your purchase, ensuring that we've got your back for 2 years from the date of purchase. If any damage occurs to the material or workmanship of your jewelry, just reach out to us and we'll work together to find a resolution. Please note that our warranty does not cover lost items, normal wear and tear such as scratches or bent rings, improper use or storage of the product, and any modifications made by a third party outside of Pascal.
