RETURN POLICY

60-day Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 60-day return or exchange window for items that are unused and in original, resalable condition. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our team at support@pascaldesign.com before sending anything back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Fees

  • If you receive the wrong item or your product is damaged or defective, we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • For all other returns, the shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility. You can choose to prepay the return label or have the cost deducted from your refund (typically a minimum of $25).

Exceptions

Please note that we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for customized or engraved items.

How to Return?

Please contact our service team at support@pascaldesign.com for returning inquiry.

Once your return is approved, please carefully repack the item in its original packaging, including all original accessories.

If you're located in the U.S., you may request a prepaid return label from our customer service team. For customers outside the U.S., we kindly ask that you arrange and cover the return shipping to our international warehouse.

How long does it take to process my return?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are typically processed within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method and may take 2–5 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
