In Stock

It's in our facilities and ready for a new home! In stock items typically ship within 3-4 business days from the purchase date. In stock engraved and monogrammed take some time to get personalized, and typically ship within 8 business days from the purchase date.

Shipping Later

We don’t have it on hand yet but it’s coming soon! Not to worry, you can still purchase it, and your order will be added in the queue to be shipped as soon as they are available! The estimated ship date is indicated on the product page and at check-out for your reference. You'll see it above the "Add to Bag" button. Kindly note that you will be charged at the time the order is placed.

Made to Order

Once your order has been placed, we need to craft the piece since it’s being made specially for you, and can take a bit more time to be processed. Be sure to note the estimated shipping date on the product page so you can plan accordingly.

Orders are ready for shipment in 12-18 days from the date of order placement. Please click here to check the shipping time of your country.

There may be duties and taxes incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible for. Please note that PASCAL does not have any control over these fees and we cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary by country. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Keep in mind that we’re not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.

PASCAL's products can be shipped to most countries and regions in the world. You can see the options we offer when you fill in the address when you check out.

In order to ensure the safety of the goods, we strongly require you to sign and receive the package yourself.

My Order

Your Order


If you have a PASCAL account, simply log in and select “My Orders” in the drop-down menu under your name. There, you can find the order number! If you haven't created an account, no worries! You can create one anytime with the same e-mail address used to place the order.

Also note that with every order, we send an order confirmation e-mail, which is sent to the same e-mail used to make the purchase. Be sure to check all inboxes as it can make its way to junk/spam folder.

As each of PASCAL's pieces is specially crafted for you, we are unable to cancel the order. However, in the event of an emergency or an unexpected issue, please feel free to reach out to our service team for assistance.

Feel free to reach out to us within an hour of placing your order and we will try our best to accommodate the change before the order is processed.

Kindly note that as our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, we are unable to guarantee the change.

After the order is shipped, PASCAL cannot actively change the shipping address. You can contact the carrier to submit your request, but PASCAL cannot guarantee that the carrier will meet your requirements and change the shipping address.

First, log into your PASCAL account at any time and select "My Orders" to review your order status. Once your order is packed and ready to ship, you’ll receive a tracking number via e-mail so you can keep an eye on its activity while it makes its way to you.

Don't have an account? No worries! You can still create an account now using the same e-mail address used to place the order and it will appear under "My Orders."

Tracking numbers are automatically sent as soon as your order is packed! Once the courier picks up the package and scans it into the system, the tracking number can be used to see the information about your order. This may take a couple hours and if the order was packed on the weekend, it will be updated next available business day.

PASCAL provides a 60-day return or exchange policy and a two-year warranty for our products.

You must first request an authorization number for your package. To obtain an authorization number, contact us by e-mail at order@pascaldesign.com.

Ship your package via UPS or DHL only and insure the package for the full purchase price. For security reasons, do not disclose the contents when insuring the package.

PASCAL are not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during shipping.

You may purchase products only for personal use and not for resale. By placing your order, you certify that you are purchasing products for personal use only and not for resale. We reserve the right to refuse orders for any reason without explanation.

Product Care Materials

Fine jewelry should be the last thing you put on before you leave the house and the first thing you take off when you get home.

It is "fine" and delicate, and should be treated as such. For rings, gently remove them from the sides, and never from the top stone.

We suggest removing jewelry before swimming, as chemicals used to treat pools may damage jewelry and cooler temperatures can cause your finger size to reduce, and may cause rings to come off the finger.

It is also best to remove your jewelry before showering, as soaps, shampoos, etc. can get caught in earrings, necklaces, bracelets and rings.

If you prefer to keep your jewelry on, it is important to stay on top of routine maintenance.

When you remove your jewelry for bed, swimming, showering, and any other activity that may affect the integrity of your piece, please store each piece individually to avoid tangling and scratching.

Please keep in mind, gold is durable but malleable, and scratches are expected with time and wear.

For light cleaning, we recommend using mild dish soap and warm water, or a branded jewelry wipe.

For deeper cleaning, we recommend using an ultrasonic cleaner, which is ideal for removing tiny particles that get trapped in hard to reach areas.

We don't recommend having our products worked on by outside jewelers.

Payments

PASCAL accept credit card, debit card, PayPal and Klarna as payment methods.

Your payment method is charged at the time the order is placed, including for those items that are shipping later and/or made-to-order. This will ensure that your order is placed in the queue to be fulfilled and shipped as soon as possible.

Please note that once the order has been placed, we are unable to change the method of payment and/or currency.

  • Credit card or debit card

    If you have a PASCAL account, your default billing information will appear at checkout. Otherwise, you can manually enter the payment details at the time you place the order. Kindly note that depending on the restrictions on your card, the transaction may be declined by the bank.

    PASCAL reserves the right to detect and check the validity of the card used and may decline transactions depending on the result of these checks.

  • PayPal

    Simply click the PayPal option during checkout where you will be asked to log into your PayPal account. Once the order is completed, you will be redirected to the PASCAL site.

Simply enter the discount code by using the have a discount code? button found in cart. A limit of one discount may be applied to each order. If a second discount code is applied, our system will automatically select the better deal and the other discount will not be applied. Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with free shipping discount codes, referral credit, referral codes or any other type of discount. PASCAL has the right to hold and or cancel orders that use more than one discount code.
