3) Alle Zollgebühren, Steuern und sonstigen Abgaben müssen von den Kunden gemäß den örtlichen Zollbestimmungen bezahlt werden.
4) Viele Länder erheben keine Einfuhrzölle auf private Gegenstände unter einem bestimmten angegebenen Wert. Allerdings kann es sein, dass Sie Steuern zahlen müssen, wenn Waren, die Sie bei uns bestellt haben, in Ihrem Land ankommen. Schmuck ist ein häufig besteuertes Produkt, daher empfehlen wir dringend, dies zu überprüfen.

- In Stock: Items housed in our facilities typically ship within 2 business days from the purchase date. Engraved pieces, which require personalization, generally ship within 3 business days.
- Made To Order: Crafted specially for you, these items require 15-30 days for processing after ordering.
- Personalized Order: These items are custom-made to your specifications and typically require 30-45 business days for processing after your order is placed.
- Preorder: Items available for purchase but not yet in stock will be queued for shipment upon availability. Which usually takes 30-50 days.
*Note: IGI diamond certificate requires an additional 5–8 days for processing before shipping. Express Shipping does not expedite the order preparation process.
All international shipments are delivered with duty and tax unpaid. This means customers are responsible for covering any customs duties, taxes, or other fees required by their local customs policies.
- PASCAL cannot provide specific information about your country's tax rates, as these can vary widely.
- Many countries do not charge import duties on private items below a certain value. However, jewelry is a commonly taxed item, so we strongly recommend checking your local customs regulations to avoid any surprises.
- All customs duties, taxes, and other fees must be paid by the customer to clear the package for delivery.
We understand that waiting for your order can be frustrating. While we always strive to meet our delivery estimates, unforeseen delays can sometimes occur. Tracking your PASCAL order is simple. Once your package has been sent out from our warehouse, we will send you an order dispatch email containing your tracking details. You can use this information to follow your shipment's journey. Alternatively, you can track your order directly on our website by clicking here.
To ensure secure delivery of your order, we do not allow shipments to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or freight forwarding locations. However, you may use a P.O. box for your billing address.
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact our customer service team (support@pascaldesign.com) as soon as possible. They will assist you with making the necessary adjustments, provided your order has not yet been dispatched.
