Return Shipping Costs

1. Please measure your finger when they are warm as cold fingers will measure smaller.

2. Choose the ring size that is closest to your circumference if you are in-between sizes.

3. Consider the design of the ring. Rings with wider bands tend to fit more snugly.Plan to size up by at least one size for chunky bands (>4mm) and size down accordingly for very thin designs (<1.3mm).

4. If your knuckle is pronounced, measure both the knuckle and the base of your finger. Choose a size between those measurements, as the ring needs to fit over the knuckle but still be comfortable to wear.

Instructions

1. Get a piece of string or cut up a thin piece of paper. Make sure the piece of paper is really thin or it won't be accurate!

2. Wrap it around your finger firmly. Make sure the paper/string sits very firm on your finger and how you would want the ring to fit; that means it should not be loose and not extremely tight.

3. Mark the spot where the paper meets and measure the distance with a ruler (mm).

In Stock: Items housed in our facilities typically ship within 2 business days from the purchase date. Engraved pieces, which require personalization, generally ship within 3 business days.

Made To Order: Crafted specially for you, these items require 15-30 days for processing after ordering.

Personalized Order: These items are custom-made to your specifications and typically require 30-45 business days for processing after your order is placed.

Preorder: Items available for purchase but not yet in stock will be queued for shipment upon availability. Which usually takes 30-50 days.

Note: IGI diamond certificate requires an additional 5–8 days for processing before shipping. Express Shipping does not expedite the order preparation process.
