We want you to love your purchase, but if it’s not quite right, no worries. We offer a 60-day window for returns or exchanges on items that are unused and in their original, resalable condition.
Return Shipping Costs

If you received the wrong item or your product is damaged or defective, we will cover the return shipping cost.

For all other returns, the shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility. You can choose to prepay the return label or have the cost deducted from your refund (typically a minimum of $25).
Return Time
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect your return in its original condition. Refunds will be returned to your original payment method and may take an additional 2–5 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
Exceptions
Because they're made just for you, customized or engraved items can’t be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Order Processing
PASCAL advocates eco-friendly “made-to-order” inventory that reduces production waste. Orders are ready for shipment in 12-18 days from the date of order placement. Please note that engraving, custom products will take additional 3-5 business days.

Custom Duties
1) Shipments will be delivered with duty and tax unpaid.
2) PASCAL cannot provide any advice or information about a country's tax rates and tariffs, as they may vary.
3) All customs duties, taxes, and other fees must be paid by customers in accordance with local customs policies.
4) Many countries do not charge import duties on private items below a certain stated value. However, you may find that you have to pay taxes when good you've ordered from us arrive in your country. Jewelries are a commonly taxed item, so we'd strongly recommend you check.

Standard Shipping: $10 (Free on orders over $100)
Express Shipping: $35 (Free on orders over $1000)
- Preparation & Shipping
The shipping time provided below are approximate and do not include weekends, holidays, or unforeseen delays with
the courier (e.g. weather, volume, traffic).
Our product delivery process includes two stages: order preparation and shipping.
Order Preparation Time
In Stock: Items housed in our facilities typically ship within 2 business days from the purchase date. Engraved pieces, which require personalization, generally ship within 3 business days.
Made To Order: Crafted specially for you, these items require 15-30 days for processing after ordering.
Personalized Order: These items are custom-made to your specifications and typically require 30-45 business days for processing after your order is placed.
Preorder: Items available for purchase but not yet in stock will be queued for shipment upon availability. Which usually takes 30-50 days.
Note: IGI diamond certificate requires an additional 5–8 days for processing before shipping. Express Shipping does not expedite the order preparation process.
Shipping Time
We ship globally with Standard (7-15 days) and Express (5-9 days) shipping options. Please be aware that Express
Shipping may involve customs duties, and any applicable taxes are the buyer's responsibility. For precise shipping
